These terms apply when you book and receive services at Marbella's Beauty Salon & Spa. They keep things clear and fair for everyone.
Welcome to Marbella's Beauty Salon & Spa, located at 163 Shirley Avenue, Revere, MA. By booking an appointment or receiving services with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them, and if anything is unclear, just ask.
Appointments and booking
You can book by WhatsApp, through our website, or in person. We do our best to accommodate your preferred date, time, and stylist, though availability is not guaranteed until your appointment is confirmed.
Cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows
- Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled out of respect for other guests.
- Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit to book future visits.
Pricing and payment
Prices vary by service and by factors such as hair length, density, and the complexity of the look you want. We are happy to provide an estimate before we begin. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash and major credit and debit cards. In keeping with Massachusetts regulations, we do not charge different prices based on gender for the same service.
Service results
Our team is trained and experienced, and we take pride in our work. Results can still vary from person to person because of factors such as hair condition, previous treatments, products used at home, and individual skin or hair response. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome, but if you are not happy with a service, please let us know within seven days and we will do our best to make it right.
Health, allergies, and disclosure
For your safety, please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or recent treatments before your service. We are not responsible for reactions or complications that result from information not shared with us. If you have concerns, we may recommend a patch test before certain services.
Photographs and media
With your permission, we may take photographs of your results to share in our gallery or on social media. Your consent is optional, and you may withdraw it at any time. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
Personal belongings
Please keep your personal items with you. While we care for our space, Marbella's is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.
Respectful environment
We are committed to a warm, welcoming, and safe space for our guests and team. We reserve the right to decline or end a service in the case of disrespectful or unsafe behavior.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
